Room for rent in 4 bed/2 bath house (Yuma)
Hi! My name is AJ and I'm looking for a roommate. The rent is $650 per month and that includes all utilities PLUS WIFI!! The house has central A/C, full kitchen, the hallway bathroom will be shared. The room has a closet and a window. I'm a quiet person and I'm just looking for someone who is down to earth, respectful, pays their rent on time and who knows how to clean up after themselves. The house has a fenced in back yard, large pool, and BBQ grill. Laundry on site. Off street parking - you get to park in the driveway!
I do not have any pets and have No pet rule. Also, there will be an application fee of $35. It will be a month-to-month lease with a 30 day notice required if/when you plan to move out.
I'm a happy, respectful, hard working, responsible person. I honestly don't mind if you are young, old, female, male or anywhere in between.
