Description: Our Clients Program offers exemplary after school programs for grades K thru 12. Currently are hiring Credentialed Teachers (Emergency Credentialed Teachers are also accepted)to administer 1 on 1 & small group tutoring in Supplemental Educational Services after school programs. Teachers are needed to work in the Sacramento City Unified, Natomas Unified, San Juan Unified, Twin Rivers & Vallejo Unified School Districts. Paid Training for Tutors scheduled for Friday, November 16th!! Tutoring begins in January 2013!! - Hourly Rate: $20hr to $25hr - Hours: 3.5 hours per/week - 7 to 8 week program - Bilingual(Spanish/Hmong) a huge plus!! Proactive: ensuring students develop clearly defined plans of action through involvement in the program; ensuring student assistants and students follow established long range plans and goals for the program. The Clients teacher communicates student progress directly to parents and the program managers; conducts diagnostic testing and develops an individualized instruction plan to help students master areas of deficiency identified in the testing process, utilizing the materials provided by the Client program. Teachers prepare and update lesson plans and student updates (from templates) online. Ensure student progression of improvement through the use of quizzes, tests, lectures and other interactive activities. Proactively communicate with parents in a professional manner building a positive rapport and being responsive to their inquiries about the program and their students academic needs.
