Price is total for the room, so $450 per person if shared (which is ideal). Room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, bookshelf, chair, bedside table, and fairly large closet. One room in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 other roommates, both in their 20's and very fun and nice. Washer and dryer are on site. There is also room for one car in the driveway and a lot of street parking....
