I am looking to sublease for 1/2 of May, all of June and all of July.
My rent is $489 but I am willing to take off $100 so that it can take a load off of whoever decides to sublease from me.
There is a $300 sublease fee. For the month of May I am looking for the person to pay $340. $240 for the 1/2 month and $100 of the $300 sublease fee.
