Licensed Real Estate Assistant needed! Business is growing so fast I can hardly keep up! Immediate opening for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to top producing real estate agent. Must be highly self-motivated. You should be organized, a fast learner, a positive person, and have great verbal and written communication skills. Good word processing, computer, and basic desk top publishing skills are a must. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate environment in Arlington, with flex time at home. The hours will be 12-8pm during the week (flexible), and I will need help on most weekends as well. I will provide you with a steady flow of work throughout the day with various duties. This will include personal marketing, general office duties, managing incoming calls, prospecting, listing support, closing coordination, website maintenance, and event planning. The perfect candidate for me would be energetic, teachable, and willing to go to any lengths to get the job done! Experience with MRIS and Docusign preferred. Must have proficient word processing, excel and data entry skills. And be quite tech savvy in other respects! You may be required to call leads and schedule appointments.
