Guest Services/Admin Needed for NEW Boutique Vacation Rental Company losangeles

Six-month old High End Vacation Rental Company with properties. You will be the right-hand person to owner. Work mostly from home with a lot of visits to properties. Huge room to grow as company grows. Find out more in interview. SKILLS Must be a can-do person with a good attitude. Trouble-shooter and Problem solver. You need the ability to kindly handle people who work for you, as well as people you work for. Administrative ability needed. Excellent English (reading and writing). Spanish speaking a plus but not required. JOB INVOLVES... Guest Services - meet & greet, arrange arrival and departure, handle all complaints, supervise all maintenance at properties, be an excellent trouble-shooter and problem solver, have exceptional people skills (making them feel at ease and supported throughout there time in our properties) Management - supervise and coordinate all housekeeping for properties, keep housekeeping calendar, maintain list of service people, do inventory after each check-out, buy items needed for properties, make sure all properties are up to par with company standards Administrative - Create shared calendar with all reservations, appointments, owner's meetings, important dates. Provide monthly property statements, housekeeping invoices, all bills to be paid, keep basic files in order, log expenses in Quickbooks Reservations - reply to inquiries, make bookings, you will be trained in the company's software Personal Assistance - on occasion there will be personal tasks for owner.
