You'll have your own lock & key for your room & the front door. There is no extra storage available other than bedroom closet and 1/2 bath cupboards. You'll only need to clean/pick up after yourself & keep your room clean. Shared shower only on the main level bathroom, 1/2 bath upstairs next to your room might be shared on occasion. You must supply all your own bathroom essentials. I will clean the bathrooms & rest of the house. Please try to use fragrance free/natural products. I don't expect you to change all your personal products, Just try to keep the fragrance on you & your clothes to minimum. I'm fragrance/chemical sensitive & make all my own cleaning & personal products. *I have a grey water set up that goes to the yard from the laundry & bath tub. * I compost & recycle. *You'll be responsible for your own garbage & recycling. Outside Garbage Can supplied. *Kitchen access -stove top cooking only, microwave, convection/ toaster oven & hotplate. hand wash dishes. *No use of any other specialty appliances. *No freezer access at the moment and limited refrigerator space as I cook/make everything from scratch so the counter depth fridge is usually pretty full. I also dehydrate, pressure can. wild forage & ferment. *If you have your own mini fridge there is space next to the house fridge or put in your room. It must have a drip/leak pan. *No shared food. You must have all your own kitchen essentials. *Pots, pans, dishes & storage containers w lids will be supplied. *You'll have a cupboard shelf to store your things. * There is a large deck If you have a BBQ. *You'll have use of 2 lakes, gym, tennis & basketball courts, community garden, horseback riding in summer, Clubhouse rental at the lower lake for get togethers with kitchen, bathrooms, BBQ & outside stage after you sign the terms of use paperwork with the HOA. It's a very nice & usually quiet neighborhood. We have lots of dog walkers, families taking a stroll & a plethora of wildlife day & night. We do get snow. Elevation 2,733. We are right around the corner from the lower lake and amenities. *I’m seeking a roommate who is honest, responsible, and clean.
