1989 jayco fifth wheel 36ft

Big fifth wheel for sale, 36 foot Jayco Jaycrane, has nice queen size bedroom upstairs, we are 5ft 9 tall and we can stand up in there without ducking down, has two closets and 2 night stands , full bath includes tub, shower, and toilet, all in great condition and working great, large kitchen includes 4 burner propane stove, big fridge that operates on propane or electricity 2 sided sink, hot water heater, two nice swivel chairs and collapsible table, and plenty of cabinets and drawers, kitchen and bath have new water fixtures. living room includes nice couch, and a built in murphy table. All the carpet is nice, and there is tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The roof leaked at one time so there are a couple of small stains on the ceiling, but it has a new white rubberized roof, so it will not leak anymore. Has 1 new propane tank and one old 1. Holding tanks for grey water, black water, and fresh water. Propane furnace, and i will throw in the window ac i used(it easily installs in a window and keeps it cool) Its overall a nice camper all the walls and floors all look good, and the cabinets are all working fine, a couple drawers are off track but all there.It pulls fine, i pulled it from Wisconsin to Cali. with only a 3/4 ton ford. Comes with a good spare tire and an awning that needs new fabric.It is big enough to live in comfortably. Has a built in power inverter but i think it needs a new battery.Its move in ready and i can even deliver to your man-camp or campground.
