HUGE 40ft 1991 Itasca Suncruiser Motorhome RV

Or Best Offer! Willing to trade for land and/or home. We just drove this motorhome down from Provo, Utah a few days ago. I have been in the process of moving from one state to another and we lived in our RV for 2 months at the RV park. It was great. It's a nice looking rv. Super motor home in great condition. We really enjoy this motorhome. As you can see from the photo, the pics are taken at the Springville RV Park. Everything is hooked up and works. There are connections for a washer/dryer but we don't have a washer/dryer set up in it yet. It has a larger refrigerator than what you'd normally see in an rv and it has a fully functional ice maker! The microwave and stove/oven work great. It has an electric can opener installed and even a blender that is built in to the rv. Real wood floors and real wood cabinets/drawers. The carpeting is new. It was installed in January of this year. There are daytime/nighttime blinds. The queen mattress is a pillowtop and is super comfortable. It has a gas engine which runs great. We don't have any trouble driving it anywhere. Recently, it was brought down from Ogden and we've taken it several places in Utah before moving down south to Arizona. The RV looks nice at the rv park and is one of the nicer looking RVs here so that's kind of fun. Plus, it's really long and you can really do a lot in it. It has a big bathroom for an RV. There are so many big and little perks that are built into this RV,... whoever designed this thought up so many things that just make sense and make it easier to be mobile. Why we are selling it for so low...We took out the couch because the metal frame was bent. So you can put whatever kind of couch you want into it. There are a couple of minor physical defects but really nothing very noticeable such as a small crack in the corner bumper. The driver and passenger seats could use a seat cover. The shade awning that comes out from the side of the RV is made out of fabric and tore on the way down here from Utah I was either going to hand stitch that or just get a different fabric for it. The posted phone number is a land line so we can't receive texts on it. So just call or send an email. If no one answers, just call back again. Sorry there is also no answering machine on the phone.9283384620
