Concession Supervisor

Responsible for food preparation, sales, and distribution to facility patrons. Assure all Food preparation and handling is being followed. Daily/nightly deposits of cash. Ensure inventory solvency. Ensure KDHE policies and regulations are followed. Light paperwork and data entry. Operate cash register/ following all cash handling procedures. Open and/or close of the facility. Provide customer service; handles complaints/concerns, resolves problems in relation to purchases and food preparation. Responsible for concession stand and concession area set up and cleanliness
