RATES: Start at $115/ hour (may slide/be flexible so please ask if needed) -I am a TriCare & Champus/ChampVA insurance provider (Military & Spouses/Veterans) - I currently do not accept other Insurance at this time, however I will provide a Superbill every visit which you may submit to your insurance. - Additionally, I will be as flexible as possible based on individual circumstances.
