Apartment available for sublease

I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment in The James. My lease ends July 28th 2023. The place is available and if you are interested, you can move in to the apartment at any time from now. It is a 4-unit apartment, each unit has its own bathroom. Roommates are very nice and clean. 2 of them are working and other one studies at VCU. The rent is $760 a month, including all utilities except electricity. Based on my lease, you will not have a parking spot and you are not supposed to bring pet into your apartment. However, you can contact the administration and they are keen to provide you with whatever you need. Off course you need pay to some extra money to get a parking spot. At The James, you have everything you need to get the most out of college - and its all within easy reach. It is a good place to relax as you can always find friends lounging by the pool, playing pick-up games on the courts or settling in for a movie or a game of ping pong in the Clubhouse.
