Loft apartment available in downtown Raleigh
We are looking to sublease our 1-bedroom loft apartment in the heart of the Glenwood South neighborhood in downtown Raleigh. The apartment is essentially a 2-bedroom with the additional loft space and rents for $1,746/month.
The apartment is available beginning January 1, 2020 with the lease ending June 23, 2020, with the option to renew. We are willing to prorate the rent based on whenever you're able to take over the lease.
