1967 Avion Holiday Edition

This Avion has been partially restored, but still needs a committed owner to finish the job. Most of the interior was dry rotted when I purchased it, but what remains is in decent enough condition to keep. Wiring, insulation, sub-floor plumbing and entire floor has been replaced. Bathroom now has marble/soapstone tile and has been updated with a Nature's Head composting toilet. Will need to have a new shower or tiny tub installed. Stove, sink and countertop are original, fridge was replaced, and the water tank was professionally sanitized before it was re-installed. Needs new water heater and water pump, as well as new lines, if you aren't comfortable leaving the old copper ones intact. Approximately 75% of the interior aluminum has been replaced, but new owner will have to seal up the other 25% when you finish electrical work and lighting to your specifications. RV has been side-swiped, but I will be pulling out the dents before it is sold. The plan was to commission a custom mural to cover the remaining damage, but Mimix brand paint makes an "anodized aluminum" shade that could conceal the issue for a fraction of the cost. Lots of materials, accessories and tools will come along with this RV to help the new owner finish the restoration.
