Roofing Foreman

Job Description Job Summary Romco Roofing is a family owned and operated business serving the Arizona markets. Our business is experiencing growth and needs to fill a Foreman position. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager. The Foreman is responsible for the Roofing Crew, its safety, proficiency, quality of work, and reporting. The foreman will be primarily be working in Prescott and Prescott Valley and as a result, must provide their own vehicle for transportation. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Read, understand, and follow OSHA safety rules and regulations including PPE, job site safety, building safety, and driving safety requirements. Read, understand, and follow daily job site requirements and change orders set out by Sales Manager. Perform all roofing tasks per Operations Manager or Manufacturer's installation guidelines. Direct and lead your Roofing Crew to stay effectively and efficiently on task and also follow safety rules and regulations as outlined by OSHA. Follow Romco Roofings quality and professional standards making sure customer is happy, product is installed correctly and efficiently, and job site is cleaned up prior to leaving each day. All reports are to be completed and legible upon completion of the job and communicated daily with Sales Manager. Keep timecard updated daily and return to Sales Manager each week to meet payroll deadlines. Be willing to learn new aspects of the roofing industry, which includes but is not limited to new products, new services, safety training, and new processes that may arise. Qualifications and Skills Qualifications we are looking for: Individuals that are experienced in one or more of the following areas: Flat, Shingles, Tile, Siding, Soffit, or Fascia. Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years minimum of experience installing. Individuals should have their own reliable transportation, their own tools, a clean driving record, safety record, be reliable and team players. Individual must be able to speak both English and Spanish. Individual must be 18 years of age and pass I-9 requirements. Individual must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or more and be willing to work in sometimes extreme weather conditions. Job Type: Full-time
