Job Description: The successful candidate will lead presales activities for the Latin America region. The Pre Sales Regional Manager will work alongside the regional sales executive leading strategic relations and developing new revenue channels. The goal will be to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives by adding value throughout the sales process in the areas of customer requirements analysis, solution developments & in depth product demonstrations. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to influence and help close large enterprise deals through deep understanding of IT applications and enterprise software. Responsibilities: Build the presales activities and processes for the region and mentor new, future presales Clearly articulate the benefits of our client's applications to all levels including "C" level executives and IT directors Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of our client's solutions on a daily basis Manage opportunity pipeline to maximize sales opportunity values Gather requirement analysis for new customers Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed Constantly adapt the sales processes to incorporate new products new products and functionality launch Job Qualifications: At least 5 years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle or as a solution consultant/project manager with IT application software external customers Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (MBA –Desirable) Previous technical experience in ERP (SAP) Background in working with Enterprise size customers preferably in international markets Excellent Spanish, Portuguese and English (Verbal and Written).
