Job Responsibilities: ~Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to customers and vendors ~1+ years of Automotive experience ~Must have experience providing quality customer service ~Computer literacy ~Experience with appointment setting and follow-up ~Achieve daily and monthly sales goals ~Ability to work with minimum supervision ~Ability to take direction from supervisors ~Ability to multi-task ~Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service ~Pay attention to detail ~Hold a valid driver's license ~Must be available to work weekends ~Stores are open Mon-Sat 7AM-7PM and Sun 9AM-6PM
