Retired naval officer/professor seeks room for one.

Good day,
I'm Ron, a 55 year old retired naval officer/Professor seeking a room for one beginning in Feb/March. I sold my condo last winter (photos below) and rented a month to month in Nokomis -- the Ranch was pricey.
The Nokomis house is being renovated this spring so I must move again. The reference from the owner will be very positive.
I'd respect your property/privacy and I'm a light drinker (two beers or glasses of wine.) I owned in Punta Gorda for seven years from 2013 (photos are included just swipe.) I've lived in shares with women and men in the UK and Münich in career.
I was fortunate to have made significant money in younger years through various international careers and gave low seven figures to churches and philanthropies last century. I'm not rich because that's what I preferred. 😊
