This includes direct responsibility for live customer care representatives as well as automated support systems. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, and strategic skills, including customer/vendor relationship management and product expertise, as well as experience with call center metrics and work force management. We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of experience in call center management with a focus on performance metrics, process improvement, and reporting. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator, avid listener and strong cross-functional team leader.
