One room for rent in a 3 bed 2.5 bath home located in Miramar Beach Florida. Room is unfurnished and is available to move in NOW. Smoke free, kid free home with a medium sized dog who is great with people. NO MORE PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of parking space in the driveway, screened in patio in the backyard, washer and dryer in home, large living and dining space and good sized kitchen with plenty of storage space. The shower/bath will be shared, however you will have your own private sink and toilet.
Looking for a female roommate as we are female as well. We are very laid back individuals. I like to keep the common house area clean, however I do not really care what your rooms look like so long as no damage is being done to the room itself or the furniture. I enjoy entertaining so I do have small dinner parties and gatherings from time to time, in which case my roommates are always invited to join in on. Aside from work, gym and my side gig I am pretty much a homebody. I am not out late all hours of the night, and I would appreciate if my roommates were not coming and going all hours of the night as well.
Basic common curtsy is expected and very appreciated. If we can respect one anothers space, we should have no problem getting along. Ideally I would like someone who is planning to stay a minimum of 6 months up until however long. I do ask that if you are going to leave to please provide me with a minimum of one month notice to find a replacement.
Please no couples looking to share a room. I dont mind if you are dating and have company from time to time, however it should not feel as though your significant other is beginning to move in as well. If interested please respond to this post and we can schedule a time for you to come check the place out. Any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Asking rent is $675 per room. The break down of that is $600 is for the rent and $75 goes towards the cost of utilities. Thank you :)
