High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with Opera or hotel preferred Is a must to be able to work any day a and any schedule Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests You genuinely care for others and willing to go above and beyond Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include Days, Afternoons and Evenings nights,weekends and holidays Will be a plus if you are willing and able to cross-train in other departments RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and courteous manner Answer phones, completion of shift check-list, processing related transactions, etc. Work as breakfast attendant on weekends Create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home Perform other duties as assigned which may include but is not limited to the following: helping coworkers in other areas of the hotel maintaining a clean and organized work area and overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel and grounds As a team, we work better together we trust and support each other, we do the right thing and we welcome different perspectives.
