• Be the “go-to” person, on the client development side, to answer “when can I have that?” • Really enjoy what they do! This is not negotiable! We are looking for ROCK STARS in programming fundamentals with the ability to work productively in a team environment. Do you have a talent for seeing through tons of minute detail to find the one problem that holds the answers then creatively come up with the solution, without causing an issue elsewhere? Can you maintain your own passion and motivation to positively and proactively work with others and anticipate needs? To qualify, you must have 2-3 years relevant experience working in Java development and a passion to keep up with the constant change of technology. You’ll also need strong skills developing client applications for Windows Desktop OS (knowledge building Windows services is a plus) and experience with Swing, SWT or AWT. This position requires a deep understanding and experience with threads and concurrency in java – hands on, not just classroom exposure – and experience with XMPP/Jabber is a big plus!
