Customer Service Representative (Full-Time Position) Hirsch International Corp.,leading distributor of decorated apparel machine brands and support services in the U.S. and Canada. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A DYNAMIC, SELF DISCIPLINED INDIVIDUAL to fill our Customer Service Representative position in our Huntersville, NC office. This individual will work in a proactive role with our clients to offer embroidery software and application support, to migrate customers to current software versions and higher levels through a structural sales procedure and to provide product leads to our nationwide sales team. While embroidery experience is a plus, we offer a comprehensive training program to develop the skills required for the position. REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or 2 years of related embroidery industry experience Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision Ability to conduct needs assessments for clients Proficient in accessing and using the Internet, HTML, MS Office Tools and the following computer operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include (but not limited to): Provide excellent telephone support to our customers Provide support through web applications to our customers Connect remotely to customer computers to expedite support Create knowledge base items Build and Maintain strong relationships with our existing customers Analyze needs of our customers and offer product information Provide leads to our sales staff SALARY: $10-$15/hour with bonus opportunities BENEFITS INCLUDE: Medical & Dental Plan Participation, Flexible Spending Participation, 401k, Paid Time Off, Holidays and more.
