I am offering two private furnished rooms in my five bedroom home. The second room is used as an office and has two desks, two files, two office chairs, bookcase, Stressless leather chair and ottoman, TV stand, lamps, and a/c. Both rooms have double closets. There is also private access to the walk-up attic for storage. Shared spaces are two bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, diningroom,sunroom, and walkout basement for additional storage. New washer, dryer, spare refrigerator, and dehumidifier in basement. Off street parking for yourself and a guest. Landlord pays all utilities, snow and trash removal, landscaping, wi-fi, cable, professional cleaning, two security sysyems, and all household cleaning and paper supplies. My home is located on the Assabet River which offers kayaking, canoeing, fishing, sightseeing, and abundant wildlife. Large front and backyard with numerous shrub and flower gardens, a brook, and several stone walls. Three minute walk to downtown Hudson's shops, restaurants, bars, railtrail, and Wood Park.
