31' 2000 Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer: huge bathroom/tub, Sealy mattress

For a photo tour and more details, please see http://lisabeasley.wix.com/jayco. (Don't worry- the cat is not included, and the camper is clean and pet free! Lion just wanted to mug for the camera. :) I've tried to be as detailed as possible, but if you have any more questions, or would like to come see our camper, feel free to call, text, or email me. We are selling our 31' 2000 Jayco Eagle travel trailer, model 302 FK. It seems like we've spent more time in our camper than in our house over the past seven years! Sadly, as our kiddos have gotten older, we've just outgrown it. This has been a great camper for us, and we hope it will bring another family a chance to make fun memories together. Eagle is Jayco's premier, top of the line camper. This means it is a little nicer and more well manufactured. For example, the cabinetry is real wood, not cheap pressboard. If you've ever slept on a standard RV mattress, you will appreciate the upgraded Sealy mattress that's actually more comfortable than my mattress at home! Please note, the RV does have an 18' XL awning , which is much larger than on most RVs! You may notice it has been removed in pictures to replace the spring, but it will be reattached prior to purchase. This camper does not have a slide out, but it is very spacious nonetheless. The front kitchen has a large refrigerator with digital thermostat that operates off both electric and LP (as does the 6 gallon water heater, which is handy if you're boondocking without power!) Of course, it also features a stove, oven, microwave, and double sink. This kitchen has tons of cabinet space (which is something I actually miss in my new RV). There is a wrap around counter with plenty of space, as well as a stove cover to increase cabinet space. There is also a cutting board over the double sink for more counter space while cooking. The booth dinette easily converts into a bed to sleep two, with plenty of storage space below also. I've cooked holiday meals, birthday cakes, and everything else in this kitchen, with room for a toaster oven, can opener, food processor, griddle, George Foreman, blender, and breadmaker! The large living room has a corner entertainment center with lots of storage space. There are two shelves above the TV perfect for holding movies, video games, etc. and two below the TV that are great for board games. The jacknife sofa easily converts into a bed that can sleep two. There are also large overhead compartments with mirrored doors. This bathroom is a rare find for an RV- it's spacious! We seriously miss this bathroom in our new camper. Two people can easily get ready in here. A sliding pocket door with full length mirror separates this from the living area. The corner shower is huge and even has a bathtub! The crowning jewel of the bathroom is the full size closet, complete with shelving for plenty of storage space, with additional shelving behind toilet and under sink. The master bedroom lies beyond the bathroom, separated from the living area by the bedroom door and bathroom door, ensuring plenty of privacy. This double bed will be like sleeping on your bed at home! Again, the bedroom boasts plenty of storage, with overhead compartments and side wardrobe closets for hanging clothes, as well as underbed storage also accessible from outside. Still reading? We're not done yet! If I'm camping, I've gotta have AC! We have a 15,000 BTU AC that works like a champ- you can hang meat in this camper! (Central heat works fine, too!) There are miniblinds & curtains throughout, as well as a CD player/am/fm radio/weather radio/ with ceiling speakers, a TV antenna booster, and outside shower. Have you fallen in love with this RV yet? You can start making a lifetime of memories for only $7,000! Come see it on Lake Hartwell- in fact, bring your bathing suits, fishing poles, and a picnic and make a day of it!
