Job description: Office duties to include but not limited to: · doing all duties required to create a new listing · monitor properties that are in escrow and make sure that everything is on track with multiple escrows in various stages · post listings on internet and manage them · must be extremely adept at using and managing Windows PC, including file management. · Communicating with new client coordinating with client and team on getting pictures taken, putting sign on property, lockboxes etc. etc. · manage and order office supplies when needed · manage agent calendar, schedule and emails · complete daily tasks · forecast and develop any needed systems and structures for increasing business · search for properties on the MLS · faxing, filing, organizing folders, etc · answering phones and making phone calls · greeting and taking care of clients when they come in to office Personal duties to include but not limited to: · getting lunch, running errands outside the office and other things as they come up · Job requirements: · You must, must, must be skilled on a computer. You will be tested on your abilities in: The MLS, Docusign, Winforms, Gmail, Word, Excel, Loopnet, Adobe Acrobat Standard, PDF & file management in Windows, Excel & Word, and must have excellent spelling and typing skills. 90% of this job is sitting at a computer! You must have a reliable car and smart phone with camera and texting plan · Naturally neat, clean, and organized in your personal life · You must be in good health and not have taken unusual numbers of sick days in the last year · You must be detail-oriented, and have excellent spelling. · Be willing and available to attend extracurricular events occasionally · Be available to stay in the job for minimum of a year, provided both sides are happy Include in email header years of real estate experience.
