Rams Village Sublease

I am looking to sublease my three-person apartment for the Spring Semester of 2015.The apartment is on a ten month lease that expires in May of 2015 and I am looking for a CSU student who can take over the lease for that period. The apartment is located in West Rams Village about a seven minute bike ride from campus. There is also a bus stop about two minutes away that takes students to CSU throughout the day. The apartment building is located on the edge of Rams Village and is very quiet, we have had no problems with noise. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, desk, walk-in closet, and kitchen amenities. Pets are not allowed at Rams Village. The rent is $525 a month plus about $25 for electricity and gas. There is a single bathroom and shower (in different rooms). Rams village has various other amenities, such as a pool, weight room, cardio room, hot tub, and tanning booths. I've linked some websites that go into more detail about Rams Village. I live with two sophomore males who are very easy-going and awesome to live with.
