One housemate wanted to share 4 bedroom

Looking for one responsible adult to share a nice house in a well established neighborhood in Fitchburg(that is only 2 adult in a large house). All new kitchen and bathroom with new appliances including washer and dryer. The bath has 2 sinks and vanities so you would have your own space. You would have a newly painted private bedroom and share the following; kitchen, bath, laundry room, pantry, living room, extra (quiet) room, front porch, attic, basement, and fenced yard with a garage. There is plenty of off street parking. I am asking $525 which includes heat, electric, water, and cable and internet with a legal monthly rental agreement. I require 1st and last up front. I am a quiet, responsible, fair female looking for a peaceful living environment. I have 2 friendly therapy dogs so you must be ok with them (golden labs).
