Etown Athletic Club is currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager to drive success in our Sales Department.
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to drive sales.
In this role, you will utilize your ability to coach, teach, and develop to provide strong leadership, direction, and supervision to the sales team. You will also create, maintain, and execute the Sales Departments business plans and adjust as needed to deliver results at or above company expectation in member acquisition & retention.
- Demonstrate personal sales leadership and success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Meet daily with Fitness Consultants one-on-one to review weekly and monthly sales and unit goals, assess individual performance, and review individual business plans
- Coach Fitness Consultants through role-playing and shadowing club tours, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills; assure compliance with all club and departmental standard operating procedures
- Monitor revenue and unit totals daily to ensure Fitness Consultants are achieving or exceeding individual and team goals
- Leverage company marketing strategy to initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members
- Actively recruit top talent through partnerships and prospecting to continuously grow your team of consultants
