It’s also available furnished from mid November until January on my lease (available for taking over the lease independently if you’d like to stay on!)
The furnishings include all linens, furniture (including a television and home decor) and all kitchenware. The building is incredibly secure with key fob access required to enter the building, elevator and parking garages, a property manager on site, video patrol, package service and secure mail room. They have leases available for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.

I am the first tenant to live at this apartment and it’s in pristine condition! It was a pleasure to live here in this beautiful apartment with such great management! I will be living here till the 2nd week of November and I’d be happy to show you around before then, and management will be glad to show you around after! I will also be having the apartment professionally cleaned before I leave. Rent is $1360 - $1660 depending on if you want to keep the furniture but I’m open to giving you a great deal that makes sense for both of us!
