Turner Yacht Services, a forward-thinking, boat transport, and maintenance company is seeking a quality office administrator who is highly ethical, professional, tech-savvy, and has a passion for boats. This is a work-from-home position. Responsibilities include: • Assisting with department/facility accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and responsibilities as needed. • Creating boating contracts • Distributing incoming mail/email • Maintaining calendar and daily schedules • Scheduling appointments & arranging meetings • Maintaining inventory of the necessary boating supplies • Assisting with various basic personnel administrative functions as needed • Organizing contracts
