Client Services Administrator

We are looking for a Client Services Administrator. Please read all of the qualifications/requirements for this position before submitting your resume. Description/Responsibilities: Process and review participant forms and requests and assist with complex participant questions. Perform peer review on participant transactions. Assist Service Center with escalated participant phone calls. Prepare and peer review of Client supervised by include weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Monitor timely processing of files and reports Day to day Tasks consist of: - Work on open tickets - Calling particicpants back as needed - Working with their Trustee on return checks - Working hand in hand w/analyst team - work on forms, letters Requirements: College Degree Required, Minimum of one year administrative experience required including report preparation and processing of data. Industry knowledge preferred. Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented focus and excellent time management skills. Ability to set up own workflow - determine what to do and how to do it. Important the candidate is a good team player as there will be times they are required to sit with a team of 5/6 people. Pension background is a bonus. Would consider a new grad with some of the above experience and keen to learn a new role.
