We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Security Professionals. As an Event Security Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and event attendees. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of environments and experience varied events: to include local concerts, festivals, cultural celebrations, and more.

Responsibilities:
Provide a visible security presence at events.
Control access points and ensure the smooth flow of attendees, performing bag checks or screening procedures as necessary.
Respond promptly to any incidents, emergencies, or disruptions that may occur during the event, following established protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with event organizers, staff, and attendees, providing clear instructions and assistance when needed.
Handle crowd management, maintaining order and ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
Enforce event policies and regulations, intervening when necessary to prevent misconduct or rule violations.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, observations, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events may take place at any time.
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid/CPR certification.
Experience working at large-scale events or venues.
Knowledge of crowd management techniques.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
