Operations Assistant will support all day-to-day branch activities such as scheduling, training, time clock approval, preparing reports, teller corrections, transaction proofing and approval, act as front-line teller, vault teller, customer service/new accounts rep., etc. Ensure adherence to banking regulations and FNBA policies. Act as resource for staff and contribute to cohesive team-atmosphere at branch. Interact with business representatives and individuals in a professional and respectful manner. Maintain FNBA’s excellent reputation and ensure customer confidentiality is kept at all times.
