Are you a USC student taking summer classes and need a place to sublease? 1BR tiny summer apartment

I am looking to sublease my apartment for the months of June and July. The apartment is ideal for a USC student taking the June-August 2nd summer session. It is located on Henderson Street at the bottom of University Hill, less than a 5 minute walk to the heart of main campus. All utilities and wifi are included in the price. There is a couch, a small dining table with two metal dining chairs and a full bed. Tenant would be welcome to all dishes and appliances in the kitchen such as the Keurig and Crock Pot provided that they maintain cleanliness. The fridge is super cold; the stove and oven are older but work fine. No pets or smoking allowed. No parties or large gatherings. Parking is by pass or by street, and I would lend my pass to whoever rents the apartment. There is a coin laundry facility on site. I am only able to show the apartment from Tuesday May 22 9pm-5pm until Thursday May 24 9pm-5pm with the intent of having whoever is interested sign and complete the necessary paperwork immediately, so any potential tenant needs to act fast. A $50 application fee, some light paperwork, and the first month's rent in the amount of $625 would be required before move-in. Text me with any inquiries. (As a reminder, tenant is welcome to all dishes, plates, etc, but must provide their own towels and bedding)
