The apartment itself is a spacious 2b/2b on the first floor that is handicap accessible, 1025sqft and unfurnished. There is a washer and dryer included as well as full appliances and a storage closet. The bedroom for sublease has a big walk in closet, attached restroom and linen closet (bedroom A on floor plan). Rent is normally $569 per month (including cable, internet, water, trash), but if you can move in by Jan 1st I can put a deposit on the account so your rent would be only $550 per month until move out or $450 for January and the regular $569 the rest of the time, it is up to you. The lease does not expire until July 31st, so luckily you will have a place to stay in most of the summer. The apartment also has wood flooring in the restroom and shared areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. It is right on the TAMU bus route 27 which can take you to campus or to the mall (and other places in between). The apartment complex has a pool, sand volleyball court, gym, office area, and tanning bed.With a location right across from HEB, behind Target, Old Navy, and Freebirds the location is perfect. Both my roommate and I plan to move so if you know someone who would like to occupy the other bedroom and bathroom that would work perfectly also. (Bedroom B is also available) I can provide photos of the apartment on the inside upon request.
