Cannon AFB- Distance Learning Administrator

Associates Degree or higher from a regionally accredited American college or university. Proven experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, plus software application for distance learning is required. Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential. Professional work or volunteer experience of one year in Adult and/ or Higher Education, Computer Technology, or a combination of thereof is required. Experience with Air Force computer/network security regulations is necessary. The individual performing the work must agree to a background investigation via a basic National Agency Check (NAC) which will be used as an initial investigation for DoD contracted services. Must know Air Force Training concepts and methods. Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (including Internet Explorer). Must be able to install and operate multi-media software using stand-alone or networked computers. Must be able to troubleshoot software problems. Must have experience in training management and computer analysis. Required to have knowledge of Air Technology Network (ATN) equipment for use in Satellite training sessions.
