Private bedroom and bath in a quiet neighborhood close to everything (New Albany, Louisville, Jeff, shopping, dining, interstate, etc). Two car garage. Room is $400 plus half of the utilities. I’m a supervisor at the casino so I work a lot. I graduated from Indiana University. I am very laid back, genuine, and friendly. I am a social drinker, and I like to get out to meet friends for live music or dinner. As a roommate I am social but also like my space at times, and I respect your space. I’m messy but not dirty. I try to keep a good cleaning routine when I have a roommate though. I don’t have a lot of company over, family on occasion. I don’t mind if you do have company as long as you use good judgement with who you have over (safe and trustworthy). I’d like at least a 6 month commitment. I prefer a female, but I am not totally closed off to the right male personality. I have an older boxer dog named Sadie. She is well trained and good with other animals. I’m okay with pets, within reason. No smoking in the house. No hard drugs, but wine is good. (502) 930-4744 🙂
