Toro 521. Not running currently. I tore it apart to fix it but ran of steam and just want to clear out of my garage. It has a new aftermarket carb, spark plug, and fuel line. The main issue I found was a ground wire pulled off the magneto. I should have all the parts needed to reassemble- flywheel, covers, etc
