Production Administrator

This role’s primary function is accurate and timely closure of manufacturing work orders. This role also will track the inventory in finished goods storage bins to include additions to the bin and reductions from the bin during screening/ shipments and the initiation of bin adjustments when needed. This role works in close communication with QAQC, the Warehouse and Production. This role also will perform inventory control activities in the Production Department and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products. They will identify discrepancies with inventory reports and provide reports to the Director of Production for review. This role will need to be flexible as the needs of the organization change to meet the needs of the customer.
