Career Consultant / Benefits Specialist

This role requires you to speak with individuals about the positions available, qualify applicants for the positions and helping them through their training. You will also be responsible for speaking to clients about the wide array of benefits offered and helping them decide the best fit benefits package for them. You will be responsible for Inbound and out bound calling along with payment processing. Must have a computer with internet access and a phone. Home office is helpful but not necessary. Experience is not required all training is provided.
