This beautiful suite is located on an acre+ of land, between San Luis Obispo,and Avila Beach. The "Bob Jones Trail" and the "Apple Barn" are within walking distance, as well as the convenience of a short car ride to Pismo Beach, and old town San Luis Obispo. The room has a private entrance, has a gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and shower, plantation shutters, and comes completely furnished. The room rate includes WIFI, Direct TV, and all utilities. We provide coffee, bottled water, and TP (we are on a septic system). There is a gazebo, and large patio in the back yard, and a B-B-Q at your disposal, as well. The views are gorgeous, it is a quiet respite from work, and a great place to come home to. This home is perfect for the retired, or semi-retired individual.
