Need a very flexible babysitter mostly 1st shift but unfortunately I get forced to work the next shift sometimes.

I'm looking for a great Babysitter for 1 child. Please be comfortable with pets. I am seeking someone to handle meal preparation. It is important to us that you have your own car. We're looking for a caregiver who likes being active outdoors. Preference given to those who love reading to kids. We'd like someone who also enjoys arts & crafts.
