Need babysitter for 2 children - 7 & 8 years old. In our home, afternoons and evenings.

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. Please be comfortable with pets. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. A car is not provided - please have your own. Please be a fan of outdoor activities. We'd like someone who enjoys playing games with our kids. Preference given to those who love reading to kids. We'd like someone who also enjoys arts & crafts.

We have 2 older daughters helping with our 5-year-old son ... we drive truck and will be gone for 3 weeks at a time.. and feel that the girls and the boy would benefit from having an actual loving adult around in addition to his sisters.
