This is an exciting opportunity in corporate headquarters to impact the strategy and direction of the business while working in a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative culture. The Role: Translating the Integrated Promotions strategy into execution of events that drive brand equity, incorporate partner equity, and drive sales of targeted brands/brand portfolios. Driving cross-functional alignment and integrating other functions and business units into Integrated Promotions approach. Managing budgets for assigned Integrated Promotions programs, effectively communicating financial timing implications and risk and opportunities for assigned programs. Attaining cross-functional alignment, including agreement on next steps and critical path milestones, inclusive of feedback from stakeholder groups: brand marketing, innovation, insights & planning (research), sales strategy and agency partners to effectively develop winning Integrated Promotions plans. Managing the creative development process for Integrated Promotions programs, including providing timely and insightful feedback on creative presentations and next steps for agency teams. Coordinating the contract development process with external partners from initial negotiation through execution Identifying potential future issues/obstacles with commercialization of Integrated Promotions plans and recommending solutions to mitigate/resolve issues. Contributing to BU market share, net sales and operating profit targets via successful execution of Integrated Promotions programs. The Requirements: 6-8+ years experience in marketing, with experience working with CPG brands. Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred. Experience in creating marketing, sales, promotion or communication strategy/plans as well as creative agencies. Knowledge in media management across platforms and from vendors and agency partners. The ability to effectively engage and interact with business unit, country and area marketing leadership teams and Company executives. Ability to manage conflicting agendas and drive for objective, fact based resolution of debate. Strong verbal and written communication. 25% travel required.
