Occasional help with incontinence care while client's daughter is at work. The client is a healthy 65-year-old who was in a car accident and is bed or wheelchair confined for a while. She has a Foley catheter, but is occasionally incontinent of stool. She would just need assistance changing her diaper once in a while.
